Macklemore(/ˈmæk.ləˌmɔr/ mak-lə-mor，1983年6月19日-)，曾被稱為Professor Macklemore，原名Ben Haggerty，來自西雅圖的説唱歌手。他是一位關注社會的藝人，其歌曲提及了同性戀婚姻，種族和毒癮。他於2000年開始獨立發行音樂，現在與製片人Ryan Lewis合作。他已經發布了一張Mixtape，三張EP及兩張專輯，卻沒有一張用廠牌撐腰。單"Thrift Shop"已經在YouTube超過四億次觀看次數，2013年曾在美國公告牌最熱100單曲上排名第一，並售出220萬份拷貝。這是自1994年以來第一次沒有主流廠牌支持的歌曲在公告牌單曲榜上排名第一。

​2012年11月多倫多，Macklemore 在 The Heist 巡迴演唱會中Macklemore在常綠州立大學獲得了學士學位。2000年，他以Professor Macklemore名字發行了EP《Open Your Eyes》。2005年，他發行了自己 的首張正式專輯《The Language of My World 》。

2009年9月，他發行了Mixtape《The Unplanned》，他以自己的毒品經歷創作出了大受好評的歌曲“Otherside”。

Macklemore每年會給粉絲們舉辦一個披薩派對，粉絲們有機會通過歌唱，畫畫等方式來得到與自己偶像見面的機會。

在個人方面， Macklemore並沒有出生在一個音樂世家。但是其父母都很支持兒子的音樂旅程。Macklemore有一個職業是英語老師的兄弟。

從社會身份和地位來講，Macklemore是一個受壓迫受歧視的人。Macklemore曾是一個吸毒者，在吸毒的過程中他的名聲大跌，也讓他自己無所適從，因此開始戒毒。但Macklemore已經成功戒除毒癮，並在一步步走回樂壇。

也正因如此，他的歌曲裏面包含着數個對消費主義、種族和毒癮的看法和觀念。人們不應該戴有色眼鏡歧視他。

在美國DigItal Song top40中，Thrift Shop創造了10周冠軍，打破了2009年轟動全世界的組合the black eyed peas的代表作“I gotta feeling”的記錄。這首舊貨店已經在全球翻唱數百次。
